Intrusion prevention
Door alarms and window sensors can warn you when an surprise visitor breaks into your apartment or rental house. Receive a notification to your phone as an alarm goes off, or activate your components remotely so you can let in guests or maintenance when you’re at work.
Fire and safety alarms
Ordinary smoke detectors usually come as part of your rental, but you may not get other CO or water alarms. Install a wireless carbon monoxide detector or water detector to notify you and Vivint’s monitoring agents to danger before it’s too late.
Security cameras
A security cameras can be wirelessly installed so you can keep an eye on kids or living rooms. A doorbell camera lets you view -- and converse with -- guests at the front door. See real-time HD feeds and texts about lurkers through your mobile app.
Round-the-clock monitoring
One of the benefits of going with Vivint is the monitoring team backing up triggered alarms. When a component triggers, your monitoring team quickly contacts you to ensure you’re secure. Then they’ll turn around and phone the fire or police departments.
Automation devices
